Primary Sources of Funding

    Truth and Justice Foundation (T&J) operates solely from donated and grant funds, and by contributions of services, hardware, and software.

Your Donations and Grants Do This:

    Your donation or grant accomplishes four important objectives all of which directly serve indigent people who are innocent.  Identification of probable innocent inmates, implementation of case re-investigations, preliminary legal services, and forensic testing financed by your donations and grants can assist in the:

• Exclusion of innocent people from false accusations and wrongful trial in the Pre-trial Phase; or, from wrongful judgments in civil settings.
• Exoneration of innocent people who have been wrongfully convicted and incarcerated (Post-Conviction Phase), with some awaiting execution.
• Provision of the most accurate scientific investigative technology available to assist innocent people with obtaining a hearing and new trial, or allowing innocent employees to return to their jobs, in civil settings.
• Righting a severe wrong caused by others, maintaining innocent people free, and restoring the faith of citizens throughout the world in criminal and civil justice systems.

1.  By Check or Money Order.  Send personal checks, money orders, and certified checks via the U.S. Post Office (international mail for overseas donors) or couriers to Truth and Justice Foundation.  Please make your checks payable to Truth and Justice Foundation:

Note# 2:  Truth and Justice will provide a receipt immediately for all donations.  Donations over $250 can be deducted from income tax.  You can use this receipt as proof to the Internal Revenue Service (in the USA) of your donation to a public, charitable, non-profit organization, 501(c)(3)
