Truth and Justice Foundation arranges professional services including determinations of probable innocence of candidates for T&J services, case investigative services, preliminary and pro bono legal services, forensic testing services for indigent people, and post exoneration rehabilitation services.
Brain Fingerprinting Testing, DNA Testing, fingerprint tests, face recognition, voice recognition, forensic computer services and other proven forensic investigative techniques are among the viable techniques used to confirm innocence and to exonerate innocent indigent people.
Truth
and Justice Foundation first establishes justification for implementing
professional services and then proceeds with arranging appropriate
services. This process

To
qualify for services, the defendant must be indigent, that is, not able to pay for the
services and must have made very strong assertions of innocence from the
day he or she became a criminal suspect or was involved in a
non-criminal event such as an alleged wrongful act at the work place.
Keys
to initiating professional services from Truth and Justice Foundation
are:

of the physical investigation or re-investigation of cases
completed by service provides connected to Truth and Justice Foundation.
It is important for the defendant along with the assistance of
others as necessary, to provide a brief, accurate, complete account of
the key details of the (a) crime, (b)
the alibi, and (c) other relevant information.
When completed, the data in
'Questionnaire - Electronic' (data submitted directly by email from your
computer to Truth and Justice Foundation email box) or 'Questionnaire -
Manual' (data mailed via the U.S. Postal System or overnight carriers) assists
experts to determine the following:
If probable innocence can be confirmed.
If
a case investigation orre-investigation can or cannot be initiated.
If one or more forensic tests can or cannot be administered in the defendant’s case.

Truth
and Justice Foundation contacts appropriate forensic laboratories to
implement investigations and forensic testing.
The key laboratories at this time are Orchid Cellmark for DNA Testing, and
Brain Fingerprinting Laboratories, Inc. for Brain Fingerprinting
Testing.
Orchid
Cellmark as an approved service provider, requests and receives DNA
samples from appropriate authorities, and determines if DNA tests can be
applied to the samples. If
so, the Laboratory implements the appropriate analyses of the samples. Analysis of a DNA sample has taken several months to complete
in the past; however, improved processes have reduced time requirements
substantially. DNA tests
are applicable to 1% of all reported criminal cases.
Brain
Fingerprinting Laboratories, Inc., as an approved service provider,
conducts an investigation of the case and develops and administers Brain
Fingerprinting Tests as appropriate.
Brain Fingerprinting tests can be administered to approximately
76% of reported criminal cases.
Truth and Justice is in process
of locating laboratories that perform fingerprinting testing,
facial recognition, voice recognition tests and other forensic tests. As
those service providers agree to provide services, their companies will
be posted on this site.
