Foundation Objectives

    Truth and Justice Foundation arranges professional services including determinations of probable innocence of candidates for T&J services, case investigative services, preliminary and pro bono legal services, forensic testing services for indigent people, and post exoneration rehabilitation services.


Specific services

    Brain Fingerprinting Testing, DNA Testing, fingerprint tests, face recognition, voice recognition, forensic computer services and other proven forensic investigative techniques are among the viable techniques used to confirm innocence and to exonerate innocent indigent people.

Note:  Again, please note that two types of questionnaires are available for your use:  (1) Questionnaire - Electronic, (complete online and 'Submit" electronically via email) and (2) Questionnaire - Manual, (Download the blank form from the Truth and Justice Web Site ( www.truth-justice.org) , complete the form, make a copy of it, and send it by U.S. Post Office or by overnight courierl).

     Step 6:  Arranging Investigative Services

    Case investigations focus on conferring with law enforcement and legal personnel, reviewing trial documentation, analyzing photographs and physical evidence of the crime and from the crime scene, questioning witnesses, visiting the crime scene, confirming the defendant’s alibi, uncovering and keeping secret new evidence, and performing other investigations.  Qualified and experienced investigators trained to collect information based on specific forensic techniques to be applied, conduct the investigations.  Investigations can range from a few days in length to several weeks which might spread over a period of several months depending upon leads.

    The results of investigations and re-investigations assist us in making a final decision to proceed with forensic testing or not.  Largely, we will make this decision based on:
